Carlow #Blitzit, 20th February 2018 Entries are now live

Please ensure that if your teams are competing that they are in the correct categories i.e. Open is for those who are rowing (more than 4 -6 weeks). All other teams can enter in their year category.

Teams can be MAXIMUM five per team. Racing over 200m.

Each member needs to do a minimum of 100m each.

Handle pulling will not be allowed between strokes.

Entries close Friday 9th February at 1pm sharp. No late entries will be allowed.

Remember #Fairplay is important and part of our Olympic Values Education programme
