Dublin

Over 8,000 participants on the programme since September – 247 TY students on TrY Coaching course; almost 650 participants in Indoor rowing Blitz in Trinity; 9 on-the-water sessions with over 200 students.

Cork

Over 1,300 participants on the programme since September – 53 TY students on TrY Coaching course; over 400 participants in Indoor rowing Blitz in Fr Matthew Arena, Cork; 3 Women in Sport Introduction to Indoor Rowing course.

Limerick, Galway and Kerry

Over 1,000 participants on the programme since September – 108 TY students on TrY Coaching course; Indoor Rowing Blitz in Limerick planned for February 2019; Joined Limerick Sports Partnership in UL at Sport Inclusion event.

Belfast, Sligo and Tipperary

We launched in Belfast and Sligo and expanded in Tipperary with over 500 participants on the programme since September – 60 TY students on TrY Coaching course; Indoor Rowing Blitz in Carlow planned for January 2019.

 

What else is new?

We won gold at the Rowing World Championships in Bulgaria (in case you hadn’t heard!)   Our very own community coach – Emily Dulohery represented Ireland in the World Coastal Championships in Vancouver.  And we wholeheartedly support the 20×20 campaign – #showing our stripes with pride.
