We are encouraging our members and public to stay active with Rowing Ireland and Get going get rowing.

With only 90 days to the Tokyo Olympics from the 23rd April we have opened up our new #Rowkyo map to allow people to upload and track their workouts.

It is essential to stay active over the next couple of weeks and months and ensure that we are practising social distancing as well.

You can now upload the KMs covered by

  • Walking
  • Running
  • Cycling
  • Indoor Erg
  • Indoor Bike

Your KMs will be logged on our interactive map as we make our way from the National Rowing Centre in Cork to Sea Forest harbour in Tokyo.

We will have plenty of spot prizes on our journey to tokyo .
